Help Desk System Status

After receiving numerous reports over the last few months, we took a deeper look as to why some users were not getting responses to support requests they submitted. Due to a configuration issue a number of tickets were being routed in the system that prevented us from seeing them.

We apologize for this issue and we understand it’s quite frustrating if you have questions or issues and no one gets back to you. Hopefully we have this issue completely resolved and will be working on additional notification settings to ensure it doesn’t happen in the future. 

If you summited a ticket or a Contact Us page request more then a month ago we did auto close those. If your still having issues or have questions please reach out to us via email.
